Call for Applications: Training on Use of Open Source Geospatial Tools in IWRM


The SaciWATERs-CapNet Network (SCaN) invites applications for a three day training course(April 19-21, 2011) on the use of Open Source Geospatial Tools in Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) co-organised by OSGeo-India, Sálim Ali Centre for Ornithology and Natural History (SACON), SCaN and Cap-Net. The programme is being supported by the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT)-Hyderabad, Geological Survey of India (GSI) and National Remote Sensing Centre (NRSC).

Professionals from NGOs, CBOs, Government and Private Sectors working in the field of Water Resources Management are eligible to apply for the training on or before March 16, 2011.
