| Now celebrating its 10th anniversary, YouthActionNet seeks 20 outstanding young social entrepreneurs for its Global Fellowship program. The Fellowship recognizes youth, ages 18 to 29, for starting innovative projects to help their communities. The yearlong Fellowship includes: a seven-day leadership retreat focused on dynamic peer-to-peer learning; recognition at the Annual YouthActionNet® Global Awards Ceremony; networking with international and national aid agencies, NGOs, and corporate partners; and yearlong support, including access to virtual learning, personalized coaching, global advocacy platforms, and funding opportunities. Past Fellows have been recognized for their outstanding leadership in launching a variety of projects, including: mobilizing more than two million young people to serve as peace builders in Kenya; empowering low-income, rural women to make and sell silk products in Cambodia; and using robotic technology to enable those with disabilities in France to express themselves creatively. Click here to access profiles of the 2010 Global Fellows.   Below read what several 2010 Fellows had to say about their YouthActionNet® experience: "This retreat was one of the most incredible experiences I've ever had.
