Proactive Courses in International Water Management at World Water Week in Stockholm

Proactive Courses in International Water Management at World Water Week in Stockholm

The global water crisis is reshaped periodically by changes in climate, geopolitics, demography and economics, amongst others. At Stockholm International Water Institute (SIWI) we recognise the importance of staying up to date with these changes, and work provocatively to reduce and prevent the negative impacts of development on social, economic and ecological systems.

This year, SIWI and UNDP's Cap-net programme offer new training courses taking place right before
the start of the World Water Week in Stockholm. Get an early start in Stockholm and join other water managers and decision-makers in state-of-the-art courses led by course faculty who are both expert educators and international specialists in the field.

Courses may be added or changed based upon demand but will include different focus areas, such as:
-Climate change adaptation
-Water integrity
-International water law
-Water negotiation
-IWRM planning and implementation

Detailed information on 2011 courses will be available here soon.
